OX39 centres on Chinnor, with Oakley, Kingston Blount, Henton, Sydenham and Crowell nearby. About 8,600 people live here across roughly 3,500 households. Around 120 homes changed hands in 2025, a modest level of moving. It borders OX9 and OX49 in the Oxford area, plus HP14 and HP27.
