The promise is simple: claim a district and it stays yours. These are the only ways to lose it:
- Payment stops. If your subscription fails and isn't fixed within 30 days, the district goes back on the market.
- You go quiet. Reply to customer enquiries and network assistance requests within 2 working days. Repeated silence gets a warning first, then the district is released.
- The work goes bad. Sustained genuine complaints, not one bad review, can cost the district after a fair review with you.
- You stop being a mover. Reselling leads out of your district, or brokering jobs without touching them, is grounds for removal. This network is for movers.
First come, first served. No reservations, no holds. One mover per district, always.
