TQ13 is a large rural district taking in Bovey Tracey, Ashburton, Chudleigh, Chagford and Moretonhampstead, in the Torquay postal area. Around 24,400 people live here across about 11,000 households, and roughly 400 homes were sold in 2025. It borders TQ9, TQ11, TQ12 and TQ14, along with EX6, EX7, EX20, PL19 and PL20.
