TR5 covers St Agnes along with Goonbell, Trevellas, Mithian and Goonvrea in the Truro postcode area. Around 4,300 people live here in roughly 1,800 households, and about 75 homes were sold in 2025. It borders only TR4 and TR6, so it is a fairly self-contained patch on the north coast.
